We Want A Yamaha Fazer 8

The Yamaha Fazer 8 was produced from 2010 to 2015. The Yamaha Fazer 8 comes powered by a 779cc liquid-cooled DOHC inline-four engine that can create a lively maximum power of 106 brake horsepower and a top speed of 137mph. It was designed with a 17-litre fuel tank and would average 41 mpg giving a range of over 150 miles. The Fazer 8 was developed from its bigger brother, following its footsteps, the Fazer 1, but this little sporty version will keep you happy on weekdays as weekends. The half fairing has the benefits of slinky style but efficient in directing the wind and rain away from your upper body. An upright riding position with the performance of a sports bike, you will not go far wrong with this all-rounder.

A range of Yamaha genuine accessories that were produced for the bike that included everything you made need to enhance the durability of the motorcycle, Larger windscreen, seat cover, sub cowling, rear rack, top box, heated grips, main stand, engine guards, radiator cover, tank pad, LED indicators, tank bag and rear grab rails.

Yamaha Fazer 8 Features

The bike itself is lightweight due to its aluminium frame and swingarm, easy handling and a pleasure to ride. A seat height of 815 mm will appeal to the average height rider. Great value for money with a new price of just under £8k. Plenty of stopping power as the Fazer 8 has twin 310mm front disks with four-piston callipers and a single 267mm rear disk set. The motorbike came with ABS as standard and Yamaha fitted 43mm front inverted forks and an adjustable rear mono-shock system that makes for a comfortable ride and also the ability to hold the road. The Fazer is very competent when it comes to handling and is as good at the lower speeds and the faster top end, precisely what you would expect from a road bike that was built with R1 technology and an FZ1 engine. The bike features an LCD digital dash that includes a speedometer, trip meter and clock, an analogue rev counter that has a laminated needle. The display also shows the side stand alarm, oil level, engine temp and fuel level.
